Hello everyone.  I'm trying to write an expression to change the background color of a field with a date in it, in a Microsoft Access form.  I want the background color of the field to change if the date in the field is more than 120 days before to the current date.  The field name is "PassCreatedDate".

The expression I tried is: ([PassCreatedDate])<DateAdd("d",-120,Date())

The expression does not work.  Help would be greatly appreciated!
