I have a Minister Form called "Ministers" that has two check boxes, one for "families visited?", control source "VisitFamilies?" and one "Ministers contacted", control source "Contacted". I have been trying to create an if/then statement (in VBA) to be prompted to clear the check boxes after 45 days and then automatically clear them if I answer the message box with "Yes". Any suggestions? I will upload the design view of my form with the check boxes. Thanks for any help or ideas.

Are you looking for something that just pops up if you happen to open that persons record? Like with using the On Current event of the form? One minister at a time? Or are you looking for something that goes and looks at every record of a minister you have and applys this to every one of them with something like a record set?

Thanks for replying Adam, looking to clear all boxes at the same time after 45 days and then open each minister and fill the check boxes as appropriate i.e. "Contacted family" or "minister contacted". I was trying the on load event but whatever works best. On Minister contacted I have a click event to fill the date called field.
