Print Records in Several Onetomany Subforms

I have an application that tracks several items in a one-to-many (OTM) form that has 3 additional nested OTM forms.

The overarching/main form is for "Assessments." An Assessment can have many "Issues." An Issue can have many "Corrective Action Plans (CAP)."

A CAP can have many "Milestones" to address each CAP.

I would like to have a "Print this Assessment" button on the Main Assessment form that will print all Issues, CAPs, and Milestones associated with that Assessment.

I'd also like to have a "Print this Issue" button on the "Issue" subform that based on the record selector, print that Issue record and all associated CAPs and Milestones associated with that Issue.

I also want a "Print this CAP" button on the CAP subform that based on the record selector, print that CAP and all associated Milestones associated with that CAP.

Can you assist?

Hi Michael, Have you tried to make a Query to see if you can identify the CAP and the Milestones so that it gives you the data you want? You will likely need to make another query that uses the first Query in it. etc. Start the Query and we will help if you get stuck. Give it a try. John
