Custom Ribbon

I followed the custom ribbon video and am having an interesting problem.  Every time I start the database the USysRibbons table is no where to be seen.  If I recreate it, it the front end and save it there is no message to say its there and do you want to overwrite it.

Yes.  The image above shows after I restart the database what system object are.  I did the just ribbon in a test database and got it to save and show after restarting, but the ribbon won't work.  It gives the standard access ribbon.

We can't see enough of your Navigation Pane. We at least need to see the items beginning with 'U'.

I could not get the ribbon to work.  I wanted to have the ribbon with tools and repair and compact. I set the startup form to do the repair and compact before logging in and linking tables by asking the user wanted to do the compacting and repairing.
