SQL Server and Export to Excel

I have a database using an online SQL Server database. I have a form with client information at the top and then a subform below with a continuous inventory form (Similar to the Orders Form in Richard's Database). The subform has its Record Source pointing to a local Query since you can not have subforms with Pass Through queries. On the subform I have an Export button with the following code
"DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputForm, "frmInventoryList", acFormatXLSX, , True".
On the form I can filter to get what I want exported but when the button is clicked it removes all the filters from the form and exports all the data from the table. So strange. Have any of you experienced this before? Any work arounds?

Long shot here but check to see if its dirty? Might have to save before you execute any events.

Thanks Juan! I went a new direction and created another qry with filters already added and decided not to let the users have control of what is exported. Not ideal but works for now.
