Making objects larger
CornCobb07

Hi.  I'm new to Access.  Just finishing Beginner Lesson 2 and moving on to 3.  Was wondering if you could help me with something that is very annoying.  Is there a way that I can make the text in Access larger?  I have a fairly large monitor and it frustrates me to squint when so much of the screen isn't even used.  I'm not sure if this is an Access problem or perhaps something in Windows.  Thanks so much for any help you might be able to offer.  :o)

Reply from Richard Rost:

Well, if it's just your Access elements that need to be larger (text boxes and such) then you can modify the settings inside Access (font sizes, etc.) However, if you want to make EVERYTHING bigger on your system, then you can either adjust your screen resolution to a lower setting, or adjust the system object sizes in your Windows Control Panel. Exactly HOW to do that depends on what version of Windows you're using, but in most versions you can find these settings in your Control Panel, or right-click on your desktop and select Personalize.
