I am drawing a blank. After running a wildcard search query and getting the results how do i choose a particular record to display results for that product only, and then how do I get that to where it can be printed?

Alex thank you. This is the part that eats my lunch. I lose track of when and where to start and these things. I am not sure where to start. Thank you

Hi Lee, I am uploading 2 screen clips from an application that I use. I search, then see my search results in a continuous form, then i can double click to open the record that i selected. I am still willing help you as needed.  John

John Thank you for your offer. I may have to take you up on that. I am trying to learn more and get unconfused so that's why I am trying to do it first. All of yall help me already with the Combo box drop down fields and got that figured out. So I am headed the right way. I do have a continuous form that displays my items that looks like your clip. Is the above code that you clipped where if i click on one of those items it will open up? if so where do I put that code and how do i get there? If that is the case I want to that item and turn it into a printable report.

Hi Lee, The code is in the double click event on the field you want to double click on. My example shows my key field is ProjectID. Your will be something else. My form is ResourcesF and yours will be something else.  John
