Return Latest Related Record

Hello, I thought this would be straight forward but I cant seem to get it working.
I have a Table [ProjectsT] and a table [ProjectNotesT]. the [ProjectNotesT] has related ID field from [ProjectsT] as well as a [Date Modified].

I have a Query where I am summarizing details from a project and just want to return the latest note [NoteText] for each project. How ?

You need to use 2 Queries.

First Query should be an Aggregate Query
Second Query should be joined on the dates (see screenshot below).

Juan He has done this a few times where he reminds you (*beginner dude) that you may need to take multiple steps (queries) to get the query results you really want.

Remember the above example will return a non-updateable recordset.
If you need to be able to edit the records or add new ones use either of the examples below.
The preferred method is the sub query.
