I have a van storage component for my database.
The tables Contain:

StorageNumT
StorageNumID: Autonum
StorageNum: Lot 1, Lot 2...Lot 25 Etc...

StorageItemT
StorageItemID - AutoNum
StorageItem: Caravan, Boat, MotorHome Etc
*This Info is slected from a drop down Box

StorageSpotID - AutoNum
StorageSpot: Site Full, Site Vaccant, Temp Out
*This is also selected from a drop down Box.


Is there a way to tie the LotNum to StorageSpot so when the Lot is slected from the drop down list the value changes to Site Full and vise versa when the item is cleared it shows site Vaccant?

I don't understand your context. I have no idea what these values mean. What's a StorageNum or a StorageSpot? That's the hardest thing for me to do... understand what the terms in your database MEAN. That's why I stick to generic stuff that everyone can understand in my classes: customers, orders, contacts, etc.

I don't understand how the LotNum relates to anything else. I'd need a broader picture of what your database does, and perhaps a sample of some of your data. You have to explain it to me like I'm an 8-year old.
