Compact and Repair Being Lazy

It is simple to repair a database which is active:

- Quick Access Toolbar: Database Tools
- Database Tools: Compact and Repair Database

Being lazy, I would welcome the ability to have a button on a form that allows me to compact and repair the database by pressing one button instead of two! Does anyone know of VBA code that will achieve this objective.

I've watched Compact VBA but it covers split databases. I think you said it is easy to do a compact repair on a live database, I've failed that test!
