Your suggestion worked!  Added the following code when the LOGIN form is loaded.  If the field is "no" in the LockT (not locked) then it allows user to login.  If the data is "yes" in the LockT (locked) then the login form appears.  Just wanted to make sure I did not miss anything.  Thanks as always for your help!  Anne
