i know if creating a field for Date&Time in 2007 or 2010, it will give you a calendar for user to pick a a Saturday weekending.  How in access 2003?, way I can have user to pick only Saturdays for the year, do you have to create a table for it? Or is there a command for a lookup?

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're trying to do. Do you want a popup calendar for Access 2003 so the user can pick a date? If so, you need to use the MS Calendar Control. I cover that in my Calendar seminar. If you just want a list of Saturdays, however, you could fill a combo box or list box with a little bit of VBA code. Just make a loop and if the WEEKDAY of the date is Saturday then .AddItem it to your list box.
