Sum in Report Footer Not Working

Hello, I can't figure out why the sum of all techs in the Report footer is not working. I have the report grouped by location with a total in the location footer. But the report footer is not totaling the overall number. Here is a screenshot of the design and image of the report showing 0 total.

You need a COUNT of all the Techs (employees) listed in your report?

Yes, I need a count of all techs (employees) and want the total count in the report footer. What is the formula or string I should use?

if txtCountCust is just 1 for each record, then all you need is: `=Count("")` in the footers. I just showed this in Attendance 4*.

I want to get the total number of techs. The =Count("*") gives me the total number of classes.

Each Tech will have an ID. Count those IDs.
