Is it modal or popup? Did you possibly have your Access application window really, really large, and then you saved it and then you resized your Access application window, and the form can't reach the spot where you had it previously, so it's going to open minimized because it doesn't fit. That's another reason. Like I have a widescreen monitor, and sometimes if I make my Access application window very wide, and then I bring a form all the way to the right and save it there, if the next time I open up Access the application window isn't large enough, it'll just show up minimized in the corner.

It has been opening in the same position for over a year. I use a 34" screen in full for this application. The only thing I did was to make a design change and added a combo box. I saved it in the same position as always. Then it just started to open minimized in the top left corner. I can go in and set the position on screen  but I was wondering what caused this behavior so I can be ready for it in the future. It is a regular form, nothing special. Just three unbound items to collect and pass on.
