Now, I don't understand the question you posted previously. Honestly, I don't do a lot with Navigation Forms. I don't like them. As I discuss in Access B7 I prefer to create my own forms with buttons for navigation. I can't picture what it is that you've done in your database just from your description. This is one of those problems that it's easier to fix if I can SEE it. Nevertheless, I would suggest either STOP using Nav Forms, or try creating it again from scratch.
