I am attempting to create a check register program that I can use to hopefully replace using quickbooks.

I just ran into a problem where when you are selecting between multiple accounts in the menu to pull up a register, the account that shows up shows the running balance to be the balance of all the accounts that have data in them.

i've taken the course but i wanted to download the template and the site wouldn't allow me to do that. I thought it would be available if i had paid for the check register seminar

It is, but you have to download it from the seminar page, not the template page. In my system, they're two separate product codes, so just make sure you go to the Access Check Register Seminar page and you can download it from there, in the Database Files section. The template page is basically just the database without the videos.
