Copy Paste Not Working

Hi,

I cannot copy and paste a form.
I see Richard do it all the time.
The copy action is available, but the paste option is grayed out.

I thought is was something in the database, but when I make a new database with a single form I cannot copy/paste that either.

I'm using Access 2016 on Windows 11.
Is there some option in Access that prevents to copy/paste ?

you might want to open your file as 'exclusive' Open access, go to file>computer>Browse>open> then select your file and in the dropdown at the bottom right, select exclusive or compact/repaired may help

@Kevin Robertson, Wow, I feel so stupid right now. I forgot to enable the "receive updates for other MS products" in the updates section. It's enabled right now and I also got some updates. The copy/paste option is working now.
