2)  When I find an address using an address combo box and need to delete the record, I click on the side, it turns black, and then I have to go to the ribbon and click "delete".  Then it says "you are about to, blah blah", and I say "yes".  That's a lot of work for one delete.  I get hundreds at a time from return mail.  (my table is 93,000 records).  Is there any easier way to do a "one-click delete"?  I pull them up one at a time.  Is there a shortcut or macro?  (What class covers macros?   I need them).
I appreciate any help.  I'll be doing level 5 on Monday.  Thanks.

Yes, you could write a macro or some VB code to basically turn off those warning messages. I just covered editing embedded macros that the button wizards create in Access Expert 5. You could use the command button wizard to create a DELETE RECORD macro, and then just SETWARNINGS to FALSE before it runs.
