I'm using Access 2013, and I'm currently on the Beginner 7 lesson about creating menu forms. When I create a button in the design view, the appearance is MUCH larger in form view, extending down and to the right of where I placed the box. I'm unable to edit this extra space, only the original box.
I strongly suspect it has something to do with my graphics cards. When I scroll away from the edited box and then scroll back, the extra space has been moved to the new box position. Until I do that, or change view, it lingers.
I would really appreciate any help, I can't continue the lesson until I resolve this, and I need to get a web-enabled database for 100 people up and running by the end of next month.

I've never heard of this happening before, and I really can't tell what the problem is from your description. I'd need to see your database - or at least some screen shots of what's happening.
