Email Sent From Access

Hello,

I have successfully been able to create and send an email from Access. However, there are no line spaces even though I have them in the email body. Example: "Please feal free to send the information via email." & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & _
I display the email before sending and in the body of the email there are no line spaces. Can someone help me understand why?

Thanks Kim

Is it an HTML email in which case you need "br" or "p"
"Please feal free to send the information via email.br br"  & _

Enclose br and p in angle brackets (<>).

Try using vbNewLine instead.

Another option
    "Please feel free to send the information via email." & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & _

Kevin,

Thank you. I will try your suggestions. I thought I was sending the email, however with further testing I have found out that I am not sending the email. So I will be working on that as well.
Thanks again,
Kim

Kevin,

The .br br" & _ works great. Yes it is HTML format.

Thanks again,
Kim

Hello,

This is the email I want to send when I click Command16; see attachment.
The email goes to outlook, I click the send button in outlook and it seems to send, but it is not. Perhaps you can help me understand why?

Yeah, if you're using HTML, then use the BR or better yet a P tag.
