I have a small DB with 3 memo field. I'd like to search those fields using a multi field search form (like in Richard's tutorial), but when multiple terms are typed in the fields, access currently only filters the records containing those keywords in that exact order (even with the expression Like "*" &...& "*"). But I'd like to see those records that contain all keywords typed in the field, independent of their order, more like a boolean search.

Does anybody know how to do this? An option would be just to use multiple textboxes with one term per text box, but I hope another solution is available for just one text box.

It's certainly possible, but you would need some advanced logic to break apart a text string, separate out the individual words, and then construct an SQL statement to provide the right WHERE clause for your search. I go over constructing custom SQL statements in VBA code in my SEARCH SEMINAR. I don't cover this specific example, but it would get you started on the right road.
