Yes, the form is based on a query that can search for either First Name, Surname, DOB or mobile number.

I picked that up from one of your online seminars.

Yes I want the results to go into a list box. Eg if I search for the surname 'Smith' it should come up with multiple responses.

At this point, it opens the list of 'Smith's' in a new tab rather than showing the results in the list box.

They just aren't linking together. I can send you a screen dump of what I had in my old 2003 database to show you.

It's pretty simple but I just can't get them to link.

So you have a text box where you type in your criteria, then you want to fill a list box with the results. I do cover this in my SEARCH SEMINAR. It does require a little bit of programming and it's beyond what I can go into detail with here.
