I m having a problem designing a query that will combine two tables and show all the records from each table. Table 1  Voter ID  has 25,242 records; Table 2  Voted  has 25,049 records. The query contains both tables and the Voter ID in both tables is linked. I have selected the Voter ID from each table to be displayed, when I running the query only 22,726 records are displayed. I m missing 2,516 records. I m assuming that the disparity is because people are always moving in and out of town, and the two tables are not a perfect match, and therefore are not displayed.
My question is how can I force the information from both tables to be displayed?

Make sure to use an OUTER JOIN in your relationship between the tables in the query. Double-click on the join line and pick one of the other two options.
