I prepared a BasicInfoT in a database using Accesss 2013.  When I try to open the database, nothing happens.  the T does not appear in the Navigation Pand and of course the screen is blank.  So what did I do or not do? What is the hangup?  Also, I cannot open the same database including table and form made in Access2010 using 2013.  ...frustrating.

As far as not seeing your table, I can't tell what the problem is without seeing your database. If you create a table and save it, you should see it in the Navigation Pane.

Also, databases created in Access 2013 should be usable in 2010 and 2007. The ACCDB format is universal between all three versions. The only way you might have a problem is if you created the database using the 64-BIT version of Access and then try to open it with the 32-BIT version.
