I have a table with a YES/NO checkbox. If I have a photo it is clicked.
It shows up in my listbox and I can see immediately if I have a record with no photo.
To give me an indication of how many records have photos and how many do not. I designed a query.
That's where the trouble began. After tying myself up in knots. I gave up and created a find duplicates query to get the result I wanted.
Can you help me to create a simple query, using a query, that counts the yes's in a table: I have 3215 records, I have 2976 Yes's.
Sometimes I think I am smart, and then the simplest problem reminds me I am not.

Just use an AGGREGATE QUERY. Add the field, and change the function to COUNT. Alternatively you could use DCOUNT.
