Has anyone developed an employee performance tracking database using Access?
My company has an observation program where we can put in observations of employees, but it has very limited functionality outside of providing the necessary "bean counting" for management.
The company does provide MARC Training, which suggests all kinds of tools for tracking employee performance, but we don't have a good system to implement theses tools which would be required in certain disciplinary circumstances to ensure we are complying with company policy and/or the law.
Does anyone have any experience using Microsoft Access for employee performance tracking?
I would be interested in database development ideas or experiences others have.
Thank you for any input, thoughts or suggestions.
