I have a database that I register a customer full detail and the reason he/she coming to do and date and time register automatical. Then the consultant will call the customer as they are rived based on the first customer so on. Now I want to know can access able to do the number system, e.g customer number one regsited at this time and generate the number for that customer. from customer 1 to 100 so on only for that day, then the next day generate again from 1 to 100 or more. also I want to know when customer 1 is attended by a consultant then the next number must appear so that I can see immediately how many customer already assited and how manay has not yet assisted.

You will need to create your own custom numbering function using DMAX. See THIS tutorial for help. You'll have to work the current date into the formula as your criteria... something like:

X=NZ(DMAX("CustomerNumber","CustomerT","DateAdded=#" & Date() & "#"),0)

That should give you the largest CustomerNumber for today's date, or a 0 if there aren't any.
