What code are you using?

In Design mode, Select your text box
In the Properties, Select the tab with OTHER
Give your text box a name.  (ie. txtTime)

In the Properties, Select the tab with FORMAT
Click on the dropdown for FORMAT and select "Short Time", "Medium Time" or "Long Time"
Set the "Show Date Picker" to "Never"

In the Properties, Select the tab with EVENTS
Click on the 3 dots for On Click, then select Build Code


Private Sub txtTime_Click()

     txtTime = Now()

End Sub


Save it, Close it, ReOpen in Form View and it should work.
