Most likely your table has one or more fields that are indexed with No Duplicates allowed or there is a composite key with no duplicates allowed.

check your table that you are duplicating and see if it can be changed to allow duplicates. If not, you may have to append something to the value to make it unique.

Donald is correct.  

F.Name is a String... so your code should read:

     If F.Name <> "EstimateID" Then

As suggested by John... check to make sure you don't have other fields that are 'no duplicates'.
