1.Where does the code you wrote go?
a.OnClick event of the button?
b.Is there only 1 form with the ListBox AND the Button?

I called my button cmdFileDialog and attached it to the cmdFileDialog_Click() event.

For my example I only used 1 Form, 1 Button and 1 Listbox. You can do this on as many Forms as you want.
