Access 2016 Vs Access 365

I am having to move all of my developing software over to a new computer
with Windows 11 and it has Office 365.
On my old computer I have been using Access 2016 and I package my custom Apps as SaaS
I send it with Access 2016 Runtime and the way I package it the end user never see's it being installed. The 365 Runtime doesn't work as nice as that.
So my main question is: IF I am still going to send my custom package out using Access 2016 Runtime, Then should I just keep using Access 2016 to build it OR What would be the Disadvantages of using Access 365 the build my apps with and package it with the 2016 Runtime.?
I'm thinking that I should just stay with Access 2016.??

With Office 365 / Access for Microsoft 365, the runtime is more tightly integrated with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The silent install packaging might be more complex.
