Richard, How do I disable the main exit button. I want to force the user to use my exit button which will and an entry in the log. I want to know what time did the login and what time did they logout. The login is done but now they don't use my exit button so there are not entry in my log.

I assume you mean the "X" button in the upper-right corner? Set the form's CONTROL BOX and CLOSE BUTTON properties to NO and that will force the user to have to use your close button (that you'll have to make). Unless, of course, they know enough Access to right-click on the title bar and slip into Design View. I cover how to disable that in my Security Seminar.
