I have a product list form with various fields in it of course. 1st field is Product ID and the next field is Product Description. When I open the form the cursor goes to the Product ID field. How can i set the focus and what event do i use to get it to go straight to the product description field? Also is it possible to change the cursor from a straight line to something a little bigger that's easier to see?

Thank you very much....totally wrong area where I been...I been trying tdoacmd.gotocontrol."productdescription in different events. That helps me thank you very much

Typically the ProductID of at Product list in the order form would be hidden. Your combo box with the description should have properties for he width for all fields at say 3", with column widths at 0";3". You can also set the Enabled/Locked properties of the ProductID. https://599cd.com/blog/display-article.asp?ID=2775
