Can someone point me to the video about refreshing the data in a main form (specifically dlookup data) from closing another newly edited form . An example would be closing a customer form with newly added financial data and updating the lookups in a text box on the main menu (I hope this makes sense).

Without testing, putting this in the On Close event of the form you are closing should work. I'm not sure which video I learned that from though. `If CurrentProject.AllForms("MainMenu").IsLoaded Then Forms!MainMenu.Requery End If` May have been Is Form Loaded

If it's a calculated field, you may just need: `Forms!CustomerF!FieldName.Refresh` Requery should also work, but it will reload ALL of the records.

Thanks everyone looks like Adam's solution did the trick (although I didn't try Richard's Sorry). I am going to watch Value From a Form Refresh v Requery. Thanks for the reference Kevin.
