Hi Again, I figured out some of the problems such as putting the []around the field names and using IIF instead of the IF. I can save the query and run the query fine, it does the math as a percentage but does not display the "New Voter", "Times Voted" or "Has voted elsewhere as well"

Would appreciate any assistance the would help me resolve this problem.

Again, get rid of the % sign. Without seeing a sample of your data, I can't tell you what's wrong. Are those numeric fields? Do you have values in all of those ranges?
