I have rental item that can be rented for a day/week/month. how do change my vba code to pull the due date for what the customer is renting the product for?

I am assuming you have the required fields in your Query.
Your DLookup will look something like this (modify as needed).

DueDate = Nz(DLookup("DueDate", "TimeOfRentalProductQ", _
"CustomerID=" & CurrentCustomerCombo & " And ProductID=" & ProductID), Date)
