Question on Moving Things Around

First, this is probably way over my head. Will not hurt my feelings if someone says leave the idea alone till I know more about access. Is possible to move a product and and any accessories with it to another table or something. Example Just got rid of my television and I want to remove it and accessories out of the DB but I want to keep the data in case some reason later I need to come back to it.

You could also use a Flag for IsActive: Hide Inactive and toggle that and make your RecordSource only show Active ones by default.

Thank you guys. I never really thought about it. But it has come up several times now. Happy Holidays to all.

I would use an IsActive yes/No Boolean.  I do it with my "Stock Portfolio". So I still know I had purchased said stock but no longer have it.
