First, can I thank the moderators for all their help throughout the year.

Second, just to say that I adapted Fitness 63 to be useful in recording a Diabetic food intake. For doctors, a food log can be really helpful, but difficult to do, (without this Access DB as a tool). AI of course makes it easy to get all the numbers for Carb, Sugar as well as Calories, Protein etc for new food items

I simply changed the focus to Carbs and Sugar, added new targets, I added a field to record a morning finger prick blood test, and I added a chart showing the past 14 days total carbs, total sugar and the blood test.

No big deal, RR did all the work, but it does perhaps demonstrate that he at least taught me to understand enough about Access to be able to adapt it.
