Access Learning Zone GPT

For those of you who like using ChatGPT, I recently programmed a custom GPT with the knowledge of all of my Access videos, seminars, TechHelp videos, etc. You can find it here: Access Learning Zone GPT.

You can ask it questions like "where can I find info on DLookup" and it will point you to all of the relevant videos, courses, etc.

What's the point of using this vs. my own AI that I built into the website? Well, for those of you who understand how this stuff works, if you actually use ChatGPT, it doesn't cost you anything. You can ask it a million questions and it'll just answer you. But if I use the AI that I built into the website, I get charged for every question. And if I have to send all of the outlines in the course information with each request, it's only a few cents but it adds up. So using their web interface definitely is a good long-term option. And honestly, the GPT is smarter because it's using the 5.2 model right now. Whereas on the website, I'm still using 4.1. So it's good for really basic tasks, but for actually thinking better, use the GPT.

Give it a try. Let me know what you think.

I like it. I'm very new to anything AI but I used it to search better for my recent forum post which didn't give me a ton (could be phrasing problems) and to find a comment Kevin made about the desktop app (a year ago) I remembered reading a while back. It found the exact discussion and provided other mentions of ChatGPT's desktop app.

I like it!  This is a LOT better than trying to find my notes in my database that I entered as I watched your videos. I am definitely a fan of this new tool!

Great job. I have added this to my sidebar for easy access (pun intended).

I've been working with it for a few minutes now, and I think it still needs a little tweaking, but it's a good tool. It has a propensity to find the first time I mention a topic instead of the best class that covers a topic. For example, I asked it what TechHelp video covers Dlookup and it just gave me the first one in the list alphabetically which was Account Balances 2 instead of the actual Dlookup video. So, it's still got some work. If you find anything that needs to be tweaked, let me know. Anything that you ask it where it comes up with a weird answer, I want to know about it.

I am confused (which can be a normal state for me) but do I sign in with my own account, my 599cd account, or just as a guest? I tried it as a guest but it did not return results. I asked for a specific tech help video for d lookup and it gave me a response asking me what specific information I needed.

Chat GPT gave me a bad link to the DLookup video. I asked for the link to be verified and not only got the correct link but some additional information on the video plus links for additional DLookUP Tech Help videos.

Donald that's on GPT's website, so you would use your login there.

Kevin yeah, I'm finding you need to SPECIFICALLY tell it to research the documents I uploaded. SMH. Still a work in progress.

Phase XLII is hooking the Access Learning Zone GPT to a holographic display and audio/visual interface. Should happen around 2063 A.D. :-)

I just tried it and what a fabulous tool this is going to be!

First time i have tried AI/Chatgbt - it looks like it will be really useful. I asked a fairly generic question, it gave me three Techhelp videos to watch and suggested what order i should watch them.
