My DB was working perfectly to what I wanted. Medicare deleted 6 CPT and add 12 of them this year. So I updated the CPT table. Added a new field Inactive (Yes/No) and now the form where i write the code which automatically generated the charge and unit does not work. Does it have to do with me adding a new field? My VBA keeps coming back as bad. Can someone look at it and lmk. I am beginner/intermediate at best

Can you write the exact message in the popup?
(It should help you identify the problem)

Hi Rajashree, Alex is correct. If you show us or tell us what the error message is, we might be more helpful. John

It's a Missing operator error. Most likely due to a Null value or an empty string.
We need to see which line is highlighted when the Debug button is clicked.

It's in the first picture, I'm just trying to run through the problem solving steps

"CPTCodeID" vs "CPTcodeID"?  Is "Option Explicit" used in the code module?

Sam Visual Basic is not case sensitive.
