need your help mate, about access 2010 - I'm doing this assignment for my yr Information Processing & Technology class, and well you may have guessed we are making a Database, a massive one, mine is a pizza store, i need help with my access as i have no clue what to do and i have 2 weeks to its due... the thing which is puzzling me the most is well, every tutorial on youtube is about creating a form off a table, and well im pretty sure mine and the rest of my class is making a form/screen design for a website, its confusing me, i get the basics, like adding everying, learnt today how to actually get buttons to open other forms and so on from a mate at school, but i need things for placing orders, seeing as mine is a pizza store i need to to calculate the amount the order costs after they place their order, im probably asking a bit to much, but its things like that and also login screens that i cant do, this is about the time when i really regret doing this...

btw, would you recommend doing it this way, or should they involve all my tables, all 13 of them... (they only have 10 examples in the tables as thats all we need to provide and being a pizza store, they wouldnt only have 10)

Web site? Sounds like a custom Web App which is something Access can do over a Sharepoint server. If you want to make a DESKTOP database, that's totally different - and that's what all of my tutorials to date cover.

I have no idea what you mean about forms that aren't linked to tables. Tables store ALL of the data in your database. You can have table-less forms (like menus), but they won't have any data in them.
