Question on VBA Code Search Done

I did a google search for how to populate address, city, state, zip in a form by choosing a name in a combo box on a form and it fill in those spaces.
I got the attached article and as you can see on page 1 the printer cut off part of the code. I tried piecing it together with what I thought it should be from following the pattern of code on page that was printed. That is not working for me. I am not doing it right. This is not a must just coming up with ideas and trying to learn more.

Thank you Kevin.....I am just starting to get into code a little....just trying to figure out the little bit of code that didnt get printed

Kevin I been reading and may have located the issue. Could you clarify this for me. Should this code go into the after update on the form itself properties or on the combo box properties. I am seeing 2 different things here and that may be my issue.

Kevin...as you can see I waived the white flag and that was at the challenge I was trying to do with what I had.......That was just giving up on that code basically that I got off the Net. I have since watched over and over the DLookup video and I can now say that is what I am doing...Thank you for the information
