Greetings, I use MS Access to make an ODBC connection with our Accounting Software.

I made a simple Form where the user inputs a "StartDate" and "EndDate" and [Run Button] and it will gather all the General Ledger information, for all General Ledger Account Nos, for the Date Range.

I want to expand this further by letting the user select ALL General Ledger Account Numbers or select which Accounts they want to run.

I am guessing I would need to add a Continuous Sub Form with an ON|OFF Option Box for each Account Number. I'm curious how I would go about incorporating this into the SQL Code for the Query (I CANNOT use Query Design)?
