I really like what I've seen with Access thus far but want to make sure it will be able to meet the requirements I have at the moment.  

I work with a non profit organization that has about 3000+ contributors.  Access will keep track of the contributors and their donations, no problem.  There are two things that I need to know before I progress with Access.  
1.  Will I be able to pull up the email addresses in order to insert them in an Outlook email blast?
2. Will I be able to print the names/addresses directly on envelopes rather than on labels?

1. Yes. You can use Access to send email via Outlook, or even without using Outlook. I cover this in my current Access 329 class, but I'm also planning a seminar on JUST sending email in various ways with Access. That seminar should be available in a few weeks.

2. Yes. I'm not a fan of printing directly on envelopes because I've seen envelopes come apart in printers before and cause hundreds of dollars in damage (no kidding) but sure, you can do it if you want. I'd much rather see you either (a) print on labels, or (b) format your letter (or a cover page) with the address in the right spot and use window envelopes. However, to answer your question, sure, it's possible.
