I figured it out... I was trying to add a sum of a calculated form control to the form footer. The problem corrected itself when I moved the calculation to the query. Funny thing was, it also goofed up all the other form footer totals I had built. Thanks for the reply. I have learned so much from your courses, wish I had found these about 8 years ago.
