Service List Form Wdbl Click Question

I have a service list form and I want to double click a field (Description)and open the Service Form of that record. Every time I double click any record it opens to the same record that does not pertain to that Service Record. Screenshots attached. what am I not doing correctly here.

Three commas: DoCmd.OpenForm "ServiceF",,,"ServiceID=" & ServiceID

You are missing a comma. You are using the FilterName argument, not the WhereCondition argument.

It would never work with the third comma. I rebuilt the form several times and on the fourth try it works fine now. Thank you for your help everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
