Can someone help whille I still have some hair left.
Today at the most important time my most simple memo Did not wat to display the data correct.
It copies all the data in one long string
I have never had an issue doing this basic programing. Any Ideas?

I have 10 fields that needs to be copied into the memo field but copies it as a string do not go to the next line.
Here are the different versions I tried.

MemoFld = "Field1: " & Field1 & vbCrLf & _
          "Field2: " & Field2 & vbCrLf & _
          "Field3: " & Field3

MemoFld = "Field1: " & Field1 & Chr(10)& Chr(13) _
          "Field2: " & Field2 & Chr(10)& Chr(13)& _
          "Field3: " & Field3

MemoFld = "Field1: " & Field1 & vbNewline & _
          "Field2: " & Field2 & vbNewline & _
          "Field3: " & Field3

Wrong Answer
MemoFld = "Field1: " & Field1 & "Field2: " & Field2 & Field3: " & Field3

Required Answer

Field1: Job 1
Field2: Coffee
Field2: Black with no Sugar

Is the field Rich Text? If so, you will need to use <.br.> tags.

MemoFld = "Field1: " & Field1 & "<.br.>" & _
          "Field2: " & Field2 & "<.br.>" & _
          "Field3: " & Field3

I added periods otherwise the site will add actual line breaks.

Yep - Kevin hit the nail on the head. Rich text = HTML tags. Kinda. :)
