How to avoid blank form in my database.
Problem 1.
Always a user add a new record but he/she does not enter any information then access keep a blank form. I have many blank forms in my database how to solve this problem
Problem 2
I still having problem on how to avoid a user not to delete or change customer information already exist in my database. I want a user able to view the exisiting record not to change or delete record, the user can only update new information to the exisitng customer and able to edd new customer to my database but after update a user must not able to do changes or delete. To do so someone must have access to do changes or delete
Can this happen please Richard help me or advise me which lesson can I take

1. Make one or more fields in your table REQUIRED. Then they won't be able to say the record unless they enter some data.

2. Set ALLOW EDITS to NO. They'll be able to add new records, but not edit old ones. Make a separate form for people who ARE allowed to edit data and put a password on it. I show this in my SECURITY SEMINAR.
