I will need some assistance on the date serial function. basically, i would like to create a variable whose value is 31/12/2013 to 3 months ago which should be 30/09/2013. With the formula below, i get 1/10/2013.
MyEndDate  = DateSerial(Year(EndDate), Month(EndDate) - 3, Day(EndDate))

How do fix this? Please note that my dates are in dd/mm/yyyy format.

DateSerial is looking for Sept-31 which doesn't exist, so it gets translated to Oct-1. That's just how DateSerial works. It would require some advanced logic to know when to go back a day like that. I could help you with it if you need... just tell me the specifics of your circumstance.
