I have a table for my dogs and events to handle entries of dogs into events.  This table "DogEventEntryTbl" uses foreign key DogID and foreign key EventID to link the Dogs to the Event.
I'm setting up a form to enter dogs into the event.  I used a combo box to select the event, and a combo box to select the dog.  I've built a query that beautifully joins Breeder names and Owner names together (DogsQry), among other info about the dogs.

I want to display the dog info from my query on my form when i use the combo box to select the dog.

can you point me to which video i can use for that or give me a  clue as to what i'm missing?

I was hoping to simply build a form off of my DogsQry (which i did) and use that inside my Event Entry form but i cant get the second form to recognize the DogID pulled from the combo box.
